As health is the most vital aspect of well being, we have been at the forefront of organising various health camps and workshops from time to time. We catalyse the medical assistance grants to the needy, which includes health check-up camps and distribution of medicines. We coordinate with the Government of India's key nodal agencies as well.
We have also organised AIDS awareness camps, wherein we got NGOs in this field to help and support in counseling the HIV positive people. Actively organising Blood Donation Camps and creating awareness about merits of donating blood to the general public.

A livelihood comprises of people, their capacities and their means of living. Livelihood must be environmentally sustainable as it provides base for other livelihoods related to it. To create better livelihoods, we study the poor people's livelihoods and factors that shape them. We provide them the necessary relevant tools to strengthen their livelihoods by providing them understanding and opportunities.
One of the best ways to achieve long-term women empowerment is to enable them to work and earn their living on their own. For the purpose we focus on fulfillment of their basic needs. Various steps in this direction include providing day-care facilities, counseling, organizing vocational training camps, etc. We follow the holistic approach so as to make them realize the worth of their economic freedom. We have been organising camps to impart knowledge of self-defence & training girls to handle situations in a better manner.
If any development project has to gain success, it cannot undermine the importance of community involvement. One of the main parameters to do so is to cultivate the habit of participatory learning and action. We help poor and needy sections to realize the worth of right and meaningful actions. Adult Literacy proves to be vital when it comes to strengthening the society at the root level. Adult Literacy Programs initiated by us constitute imparting the basic literary skills to the adults. Since they do not get time in the morning, we organise these camps when they are free, usually in the later evenings. It helps us to generate confidence and sense of pride in these people and understand their potential of literacy.
More than 90% of the 10,000 or more cases handled and settled by Sh. Jaswant Rai Grover pertained to persons belonging to the weaker sections of the society residing in J.J. Clusters, Janta flats of the rehabilitation colonies like Sultanpuri and Mongolpuri. The matters were pending for around 10 years or even more and had put unnecessary load of litigation.

Jaswant Rai Grover, Advocate, for his valuable services and dedication to the cause of ADR system by settling more than 10,000 cases in PLA's / DLSA DHCLSC / Special Lok Adalats Conciliations, which is a landmark in the history of ADR system, under the Legal Services Authority Act 1987.
On the 26th of September 2006 at the Patiala House Court Complex, in a ceremony presided over by the Hon'ble Justice Mr. Vijender Jain, Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi and Executive Chairman DLSA and Hon'ble Justice. Dr. M.K. Sharma. Judge, High Court of Delhi and Chairman DHCLSC, Sh. Jaswant Rai Grover was presented with a Performance Award' in the august presence of members of the judiciary, members of the Bar Association, officers of the Government of NCT and others.
President of India Hon'ble Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam at the Silver Jubilee Celebration of Delhi Legal Services Authority on 10th November 2006 had said that when he studied the DLSA website ... “The only achievement that I find is the successful settlement of more than 10,000 case pertaining to N.D.P.L., out of court during the period October 2003 to July 2006". This gave us the right lead to conduct Lok Adalats under the guidance of its Hon'ble Chairman Sh. Jaswant Rai Grover.
The first ever Lok Adalat for the notified minorities communities in the National Capital Territory of Delhi was organised by New Delhi Social Workers' Association together with Delhi Legal Services Authority on 23rd August 2009. Held at Tis Hazari and Karkardooma Courts simultaneously; 138 cases were taken up and 77 cases were settled involving an amount of Rs 49,22,118 at the Tis Hazari courts; while 67 cases were taken up and 31 were settled at the Karkardooma courts. Notably, a rare achievement in the legal affairs of Indian judiciary.
